I’ve dedicated my life to learning Jiu Jitsu very deeply and discovering the best ways to communicate it and express it to my students and training partners. I’ve spent a tremendous amount of time studying and practicing different teaching methods so that I can more efficiently communicate the beauty and depth of this amazing art. This website is my way to share my thoughts and philosophies on Jiu Jitsu with the world, in hopes that it can benefit you in the same way it has benefitted me. 

As a huge MMA fan, I’ve been lucky enough to see Cole Miller’s entire UFC career play out right in front of me; from his time as a young, upstart submission artist, to his current status as a seasoned veteran with a full arsenal of deadly striking. 

Once we met and started training together it was easy to see that he isn’t some run-of-the-mill fighter. He is a fully dedicated martial artist with a passion for becoming a true technician. He sees the benefit of Martial Arts and wants to pass that value on to everyone he meets. 

In other words, he’s the perfect guy to join me on this project.
